Our ultimate goal is to give you the best coffee experience you’ve ever had. Not many places offer you freshly made to order coffee grounds. Here at Blue Soul we take pride in our blends making the coffee the freshest you’ve ever had right at home. 

Shipping Orders are received only after payment clears. All orders are processed in the order received, all coffee is roast to order and that takes a bit of time and coordination expect your orders to ship in 2 to 5 business days. 

Refunds  In order to receive a full refund The product must not be opened if it is opened you will not receive a refund. The refund is issued when we receive product. To submit a refund claim please use the contact us form and we will get back to you right away. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Future Goals

Here at blue soul we Would love to get on board with eco-friendly packaging as well as bringing coffee pods, whole bean, and eco-friendly products to the site. I know this is all exciting future plans but please hang in there with us in the meantime please recycle and do your part.
